Q; What times and dates do “After Hours Service Rates” come into effect?

A;  After hours rates start at 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday until 8:00a.m. the next morning.

After hours on weekends run 5;00p.m. Friday until 8:00a.m. Monday morning.

            Regular  Office / Showroom Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m.

Saturday by appointment only


Q; If I have an emergency service call during a holiday , what do I do?

A; Simply call our main number then enter the extension number and leave a message in the general delivery mailbox for our service technicians. The technician will promptly return your call to arrange a service appointment.

Q; What information do need to provide when I call for an emergency service call?

A; Please provide us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your address
  • the issue you are having.
  • if you are a tennant-provide us with either landlord’s phone number or billing information.

Q; How do I request a service call for the next day?

A; You can complete out the service request form on the website, which will e-mail the service manager directly or you can contact us by dailing extension number and upon you leaving message just inform us that you would like next day service.
